This is the vegan version of our Veggie Pasty. Fresh mushrooms are oven roasted and then blended with roasted organic carrots, organic celery, organic potatoes, and peas. All mixed together with a delicious, creamy gravy and wrapped in our flaky pastry crust made from organic Fairhaven Flour Mill flour. The crust uses an oil blend instead of butter which bakes up beautifully and tastes as good as our regular pastry crust. A satisfying and flavorful farm-to-table meal for anyone, especially those that are dairy-free or vegan.
