Holly’s is situated in Whatcom County, rich with Nooksack River soils and a long history as a farming community. We are honored to work with the local organic farmers who provide the sustainably raised vegetables which make our pasties taste so great.
Dedicated to Humanely and Sustainably Raised Meats
Since opening in 2012 we have worked to source our meats from ranchers who are committed to raising their animals humanely and caring for the planet. The grass-fed beef used in our original Cornish pasty is raised in Blaine by a very dedicated ranching family. We list all our farms and ranchers so you can see we stand proudly behind them.
