Shipping Policy

Where and When We Ship

We ship to locations within the continental United States using one- or two-day UPS shipping. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Orders are shipped from our kitchen in Bellingham, Washington, on Tuesdays. Orders placed by Thursday at 11:00pm PST will be shipped out the following Tuesday.
Orders placed after Thursday at 11:00pm PST will be shipped the week after.

Our Packaging

Our pasties are shipped in cardboard boxes with recyclable paper linings. We encourage customers to recycle the linings and boxes based on their local community recycling guidelines. Our packages use dry ice to keep the contents frozen. Caution should be used when opening your package and removing the paper bag containing the dry ice.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order information is correct. We are not responsible for information provided by customers, particularly inaccurate or incomplete shipping information. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we can no longer make any changes or cancel your order.

Receiving Your Package

Customers are responsible for making sure all packages are received in a timely manner. We strongly encourage someone be available to receive your package and immediately place frozen pasties in your freezer upon delivery.

If purchasing a package as a gift, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify the recipient of the delivery and to provide a correct shipping address.

While we package our frozen products carefully to keep them frozen during transport, issues can occasionally arise. If your pasties arrive above an internal temperature of 41°F, do not eat them. When in doubt, throw it out. If you have any concerns about your package, please call us at (360) 778-1111 or email us at shipping@hollysmeatpies.com as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery.

Adverse Weather

Once we entrust UPS with your package, we are not responsible for any delivery delays and cannot refund shipping. If we are aware of impending weather conditions such as hurricanes, storms, heavy snow, etc. and/or public holidays that have the potential to delay or impede shipment or delivery of your order, we may choose at our discretion to hold your order and ship at the next best available opportunity.
