Our Pot Roast Pasty begins with a chuck roast from Country Natural Beef slow cooked to tenderness with Kulshan Brewery ale, spices, and organic onions from Broadleaf Farm. We make a delicious gravy with the drippings and then mix with oven roasted organic carrots and potatoes from Spring Time Farm. A touch of green onions is added, then wrapped into our flaky pastry made with Fairhaven Organic Flour Mill flour. A truly comforting Classic Cornish Pasty!
