This Empanada is a spicy twist on the classic pasty experience. We slow cook Salmon Creek Farms Natural Pork until it is tender and delicious. Our homemade chile verde sauce is full of fresh garlic, tomatillos, jalapeños, and fresh organic cilantro. We mix that with oven-roasted organic potatoes and Beecher's Flagship Cheese and wrap it all up in our pastry made from organic Fairhaven Flour Mill flour. It all adds up to a Holly’s Meat Pies favorite.
