September’s Pasty of the Month is Spinach Feta. A dreamy combination of roasted garlic mashed potatoes made from Spring Time Farm organic potatoes, Spring Time Farm organic spinach, and feta cheese from Appel Farm, this pasty has all the flavors of spanakopita wrapped up in pastry made with organic Fairhaven Mill flour.
