How to Heat a Meat Pie, at Home or Away

Ready to heat and eat!

A pasty is a great meal ready when you are. In the old days miners and farmers would take pasties with them into the mines and fields. Nowadays we encourage you to take them on your next adventure. The perfect meal all wrapped up is easy to reheat while you are hiking, sailing, kayaking or camping. Pasties are portable food that can be reheated over a campfire, on a BBQ grill or on a camping stove. Dutch ovens work well too. Wrapped in foil or heated in a heavy pan you’re sure to enjoy a hearty tasty meal that is so convenient you will wonder how you ever lived without them!

Holly’s Meat Pies is all about feeding busy people a healthy meal that is quick to get on the table and enjoy. We’ve done the work of sourcing great local ingredients and putting them all together in our epic pastry shell. All you have to do is keep a few on hand in the freezer and warm them up when you need a wholesome meal in a hurry.
