14 Years of Holly's Meat Pies

14 years ago on January 20th, 2012, we opened a little pasty shop in Everson. It’s been an amazing journey—joining farmers markets, opening a second location in Lynden, then moving it to Bellingham, and finally consolidating to Hannegan Square in 2023. I keep learning new things every day! I am so grateful to all the wonderful staff who have helped me over the years and to the customers who have supported me from day one. We’ll keep working with a focus on local, sustainable farms and ranches—staying true to our mission to make good, healthy food that supports our community.
