Holly’s is situated in Whatcom County, rich with Nooksack River soils and a long history as a farming community. We are honored to work with the local organic farmers who provide the sustainably raised vegetables which make our pasties taste so great.

Dedicated to Humanely and Sustainably Raised Meats
Since opening in 2012 we have worked to source our meats from ranchers who are committed to raising their animals humanely and caring for the planet.  The grass-fed beef used in our original Cornish pasty is raised in the small town of Everson by a very dedicated ranching family. We list all our farms and ranchers so you can see we stand proudly behind them.

Over the last thirteen years we have perfected the art of baking an incredible pasty. We don’t cut corners, use only the best ingredients, and bake in small batches to create a delicious and healthy meal. Pride in what we do has made Holly’s a standard you can count on.
